We love to turn and build with Osage Orange, but we've outgrown our storage area so we're keeping just a few planks. This is wood that was down for 2 years and then sawed, sticked and dried in a building on our property for 2 more years. There are at least 14 8+ foot slabs of lumber with nicer figure than you'd expect to see in hedge wood and 7 6-8 inch diameter logs 12"-15" in length. Of course they're not all perfect, but you'll find at least 2 or more 8/4 plate or bowl cuts per board and two that measure only 5/4. If you turn smaller things, you could make a thousand pens, a hundred finials, and a few tops. It would be great for color in segmenting, too. Call us with questions, further information, directions, and nominal prices.
