Bleaching Red Oak and Hard Maple

    I am hoping some club members can share their process and results for bleaching red oak and hard maple. 

    I have reviewed the articles on AAW and located a local source for the 27% hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide. I have some scrap pieces to test on. I intend to follow up with some dyes. If you have some wood you want to test I can put it in the regime as well.
